FAQ
Clear answers before you start
The essentials about relevance, scope and what happens next.
I am already based in the EU. Is the audit relevant?
Yes. What applies depends on your business, your products, and your role, and getting that scope right is exactly the work we do for you. Being EU-established changes some obligations, but it doesn't remove the German-market requirements relevant to your webshop.
What does the audit cover?
The agreed scope can cover accessibility and BFSG, GPSR and product safety, packaging and LUCID, consumer-rights e-commerce information and relevant product-specific information. Applicability depends on your business and products.
Does the audit cover my entire product catalogue?
The €890 audit covers the representative and agreed scope confirmed before work starts. Catalogue-wide, specialist-product or unusually complex reviews may require a separate scope.
Is this a certification or legal advice?
No. ElbeBridge provides a technical and administrative review with practical guidance. The audit is not a certification and does not replace advice from a qualified legal professional.
What happens after the audit?
You receive prioritized findings and remediation guidance. If you want help implementing changes or checking them again, that work is scoped and quoted separately.
